22 CME credits for the 18-volume series
The 18 lecture titles that comprise the Musculoskeletal MRI Series provide 22 credit hours of stimulating continuing medical education in musculoskeletal MRI. The viewer's knowledge base of indications, techniques, interpretive approaches, and consultative language for the major musculoskeletal MR examinations will be expanded. These lectures also provide physicians with practical approaches to evaluation of the knee, hip, shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand, foot and ankle, plus several supplemental titles such as osseous anatomy, and basic to complex disease processes. The lectures also provide exceptional insights and practice recommendations related to oral communication and written interpretation of musculoskeletal MRI examinations.
The lecture discussions are developed in a practical and organized sequence: interpretive approach, basics of anatomy, common diseases, complex abnormalities, definitions and terminology for consultation, reporting methodologies, and specifics of the written report. From the novice in magnetic resonance imaging to the 25-year veteran, the physicians who view these lectures will be intellectually challenged.
