SHIPPING INFORMATION
Most orders ship within five business days.
Orders placed after 4 p.m. Eastern Standard Time may ship in six business days.Domestic orders are shippedvia UPS Ground. Overseas destinations ship via FedEx.You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with your UPS tracking number. Note: neither UPS or FedEx will ship to a P.O. Box. The shipping address that you provide during checkout must be for a building or residence, or your order may be delayed.
Rates:
Total Shipping Charge = Carrier Shipping Fee + Handling & Processing Fee
Carrier Shipping Fee:
(UPS, FedEx) Ships within the 48 contiguous states, includes APO/FPO. The Carrier Shipping Fee is calculated automatically during checkout once you enter your Zip Code. You will automatically receive a discount on your shipping rate (on every order) due to the high volume of products we sell.
Handling & Processing Fee:
All orders will include a Handling & Processing fee. This fee covers order administration, including: preparing the products for shipment, carefully packaging the products in the box with the appropriate packing materials to ensure the products arrive unblemished, quality control check, processing of carrier shipping/labeling, and documentation of the order for later reference - such as for CME credit requests by physicians. Unless the order is enormous, we charge only $7.00 per order for these activities.
Sales Tax:
Depending on your location, Sales Tax may be applicable. State law requires us to charge (and forward) the prevailing Sales Tax for the State in which your product was purchased.
Domestic orders are shipped by UPS Ground, which delivers on weekdays only. For orders to be shipped overseas, the appropriate Duty Tax is automatically calculated by FedEx during checkout.
